Falling crime frequency trend slows down last year

The trend of the frequency of crime in the Czech Republic falling stopped in 2019, with the overall number of criminal proceedings rising by 2,000 to 211,852, according to the Czech Supreme State Attorney's Office annual report presented today. The number of persons the state attorneys filed charges against in 2019 was 32,965, a decrease of 900. The number of companies was 315.
