European General Court dismisses Kocner's éawsuit against Europol

The General Court of the European Union on Wednesday dismissed a lawsuit filed by Slovak controversial entrepreneur Marian Kocner against Europol with regard to the investigation into the murder of journalist Jan Kuciak and his bride-to-be Martina Kusnirova.
