European Commission urges Poland to hear Venice Commission's advice

The European Commission wants the Polish government to implement recommendations by the Venice Commission concerning Poland's recent amendments to judicial laws, the EC has told PAP. In a statement sent to PAP, EC spokesperson Christian Wigand said that the EC will scrutinise the Venice Commission's opinion and incorporate it in its own assessment of the situation.
