Eurobarometer: 75 pc of Slovaks aware of benefits of EU membership

As many as 75 percent of Slovaks think that Slovakia benefits from its EU membership, with the main advantages seen in new job opportunities and support for economic growth, according to the results of a comprehensive post-European Parliament election Eurobarometer survey. The other main benefits of EU membership for Slovakia according to Slovaks are its contribution to peace and maintaining security, an improvement in living standards and cooperation with other EU countries.
