EU sanctions tough, will hit Russia - Czech ForMin

The sanctions the EU leaders approved at the special summit last night are very tough and will affect Russia severely, and informal talks are starting about a third package of EU sanctions, Czech Foreign Minister Jan Lipavsky told media after a meeting of the ministry's crisis staff today. The prime ministers and presidents of EU countries stood up for the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine, Lipavsky said, calling the approved sanctions unprecedented.
