EU court rejects suit against EC not excluding Czech PM from talks

The Court of Justice of the European Union has turned down a lawsuit filed by senator Lukas Wagenknecht against the European Council for having unlawfully refused to exclude Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis from its talks on the 2021-2027 EU budget, the court said in a press release on Friday. The court called the lawsuit inadmissible and unsubstantiated.
