Ethnic-Hungarian parties expected to decide on joint slate this weekend

Extra-parliamentary ethnic-Hungarian parties SMK, Hungarian Forum and Solidarity are expected to decide on a joint slate for the 2020 general election this coming weekend, TASR learnt on Monday. Nevertheless, SMK press secretary Robert Kralik told TASR that the parties' bodies are still discussing some details. Meanwhile, TASR has learnt that SMK presidium member Gyula Bardos is in the frame for becoming the slate leader. However, he declined to comment on the rumours, pointing to ongoing talks.
