The court started proceedings on the allegations of human trafficking and prostitution linked to Prague's Escape gay club today, with the state attorney stating that the club's Swiss owner, Massimo Augusto Scolari, 54, profited from soliciting sexual services. The prosecution claims some of the homosexual prostitutes were under age. The accused face charges of enticing sexual intercourse and endangering the upbringing of a minor, for which they could be sentenced for up to 12 years in prison.
