The Environment Ministry ruled out the existence of any danger posed by the rising levels of the Danube River to either the people or property in Bratislava borough of Devinska Nova Ves and underlined that it's not necessary to declare the state of flood emergency, ministry state secretary Michal Kica said at a press conference on Monday.
