Four in five Czechs took part in a charitable activity last year, while more than one third of them donated money and namely amid the first COVID-19 wave, people supported their favourite businesses and helped their neighbours, shows a survey by the Ipsos agency released today. Furthermore, one quarter of the population plans to get involved in the forthcoming "Giving Tuesday" charity event. Currently, a half of the polled notice fewer solidarity than during the first coronavirus wave in the spring.
