EC grants Poland EUR 4.3 bn to protect jobs

Ursula von der Leyen, the European Commission president, wrote on Twitter in Polish on Tuesday that Poland had received a 4.3 billion euro loan to help protect jobs. The total amount of funds earmarked for Poland is 11.2 billion euros, von der Leyen said, and will come from the SURE financial aid instrument.
