EC doubts legality of Poland's Constitutional Tribunal - EC spox

European Commission (EC) spokesman Christian Wigland told a Friday press conference in Brussels that the EC acknowledged the authority of Poland's Supreme Court, but had reservations over the legality of the country's Constitutional Tribunal.
