EC audit is attack on Czech Republic, its interests - PM Babis

PM Andrej Babis considers the EC draft audit report on his conflict of interest an attack on Czechia and Czech interests and destabilisation of the country, he told MPs today, adding that he faces no conflict of interest nor will Prague have to return European subsidies in this connection. He said the EU report contains no evidence proving that he, in his capacity as prime minister, has been influencing the distribution of European subsidies in Czechia.
