Polish President Andrzej Duda said a fund to support reconstruction in Ukraine after the war is expected to be set up, and expressed hope many countries and institutions would participate. Speaking to journalists at the World Economic Forum at Davos, Duda said on Monday that the damage to Ukraine's infrastructure alone was estimated at "92 billion dollars and rising". The president added it was obvious "that rebuilding Ukraine should be based on reparations from Russia."
