Duda appoints four new generals

President Andrzej Duda on Thursday promoted four Polish officers to the rank of general as part of ceremonies marking Poland's National Flag Day. Addressing the ceremony, the president, stressing the need for further modernisation of the Polish Armed Forces, said: "I would want our army to be such that it would not be worth for anyone to raise their hand against Poland."
