Dolezal: Finance Ministry unable to guarantee money for bridge reconstruction

The Finance Ministry is unable to guarantee any allocation of finances for the reconstruction of bridges at the moment, as budgeting for the next couple of years hasn't been drafted yet, Transport Minister Andrej Dolezal said during a live stream on social media on Friday. Dolezal said it was important to launch preparations straight away, and he voiced hope that later on the state will earmark finances for the bridges in the 2023 state budget. "We don't need money now, we're going to launch the project documentation, the preparation phase," he said.
