Surgeon Pavel Pafko and physiotherapist Pavel Kolar will be members of the new medical council to debate the health condition of President Milos Zeman who has been treated at the Central Military Hospital (UVN) in Prague for over two weeks, according to CTK sources and news portal Seznam Zpravy.cz. Outgoing Charles University Rector Tomas Zima, a physician by profession who specialises in clinical biochemistry and internal medicine diseases, confirmed earlier that he, too, was on the council. The UVN announced in the past days that a medical council of experts from various fields would be set up, but refused to release the team's lineup. The establishment of the council was initiated by Zeman's attending physician Miroslav Zavoral, the UVN director.
