August 17th, 2022

Czech Deputy Interior Minister for Civil Service Petr Hurka on Wednesday said he will leave his post in late September, adding that he had connected his work in the office with drafting a report on the modernisation of the civil service which he submitted today. "I connected my work for the civil service with the preparation of the concept report Modernisation of Civil Service," Hurka told journalists. "This is why along with submitting the report to the government and the interior minister, I announced the end of my service as of September 30, 2022," Hurka said in the press release passed by the Interior Ministry to CTK.
