Defence wants PM Babis prosecution for Capi hnizdo fraud to be halted

Czech PM Andrej Babis's defence lawyer Michael Bartoncik proposed to the state attorney today that the prosecution of Babis over the Capi hnizdo suspected EU subsidy fraud be halted, server Ceska justice has reported.
