Danko slams Caputova for US military investment remark

Slovak Parliamentary Chairman Andrej Danko on Friday slammed President Zuzana Caputova's statement that US military investment at Slovak military airports "could be technically helpful". Danko insisted that Caputova stands for a US military presence in the country, and said "there should be no foreign troops since the Soviets left [Czechoslovakia in 1991]."
