Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) considers it unnecessary to debate whether he would countersign President Milos Zeman's possible decision to halt his prosecution over the Capi hnizdo case, he told Impuls Radio, adding that such a debate is pointless since the prosecution has been halted. On Thursday, Zeman said he would apply the instrument of abolition and halt the prosecution of Babis if it were reopened.
