Czechs most trust police, military, least churches, parties - poll

Czechs most trust the police and the military out of public institutions, mostly mistrusting churches and parties, according to a poll conducted by the CVVM polling institute in September and released today. Compared with a March poll, the radio and television public broadcasters, the press, the trade unions and NGOs suffered the biggest losses in confidence. The police and the military have been on the top of the ranking for many years and in the past two years, trust in them rose even more.
