While the views of people from the Visegrad Four group comprised of Czechia, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia vary, the Czechs are the most sceptical about their EU membership, a poll conducted by the Slovak Institute for Public Affairs (IVO) showed today. The four countries have not a united stance on the USA and Russia either. Only 41 percent of the polled Czechs consider the EU membership positive as against 57 percent of Slovaks, 59 percent of Hungarians and 68 percent of Poles. The pollsters said that the Czech Republic saw also a big share of respondents considering the EU membership explicitly negative.
