CzechRep's suing of EC is standard, more lawsuits preceded, says minister

The Czech Republic's plan to sue the European Commission with the European Court of Justice over the EC's refusal to subsidise the Agrofert group's projects reacts to the request of lawyers, Agriculture Minister Miroslav Toman told media on Wednesday, referring to the cabinet's recent decision.
