CzechRep short of staff dealing with Ukrainian job-seekers-Hamacek

The Czech state doubled the quotas for Ukrainian job-seekers last year, but it lacks officials to process their applications, since the Finance Ministry has not met Interior Minister Jan Hamacek's request to reinforce the relevant staff, Hamacek (Social Democrats, CSSD) said on Monday. He reacted to critical comments on the foreigner employment system, as heard in the wake of a tragic fire in a home for mentally disabled people in Vejprty, north Bohemia.
