Czechia should claim compensation for Vrbetice from Russia-Senate

The Senate committee for foreign affairs, defence and security is of the view that the Czech government should claim an apology and compensation from Russia over the Vrbetice affair in which GRU agents were presumably involved, committee head Pavel Fischer told reporters today. At the same time, the cabinet should strive for a revision of the relations between the Czech Republic and Russia to make sure that they are mutually advantageous, the committee added.
