Czechia sees twice as many COVID cases on Wednesday as week ago

COVID tests revealed 279 new cases in Czechia on Wednesday, more than the double as against a week ago with 136 confirmed cases and the reproduction number R increased after three days on the decline and has reached 1.2, the Health Ministry's data show today. The incidence rate indicating the number of cases per 100,000 population in the past seven days equals ten.
