Laboratories confirmed 11,452 new COVID cases in Czechia on Wednesday, one half more than a week ago, and the incidence rate is newly 478 cases per 100,000 population in the past seven days, but the number of the hospitalised over the infection keeps falling, the Health Ministry's data show today. Last time the country saw a higher incidence rate was before Christmas. Hospitals report the lowest number of serious COVID cases since late October.
