Czechia sees 411 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday

Czechia saw 411 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, the second ever highest weekend daily increase after Saturday's 508, and the number of the currently ill stands at record 8,667, the Health Ministry's data released this morning show. Most patients have a mild course of the disease, many are symptomless. A total of 204 people with COVID-19 stay in hospitals now, including 52 in serious condition. The country has registered a total of 28,156 coronavirus patients since the epidemic outbreak in early March. Out of them, more than 19,000 have recovered and 436 died.
