Czechia sees 25,989 new COVID cases on Wednesday

The Czech Republic saw 25,989 new confirmed COVID cases on Wednesday, some 2,500 fewer than the Tuesday record and roughly 14,500 more than a week ago, but the number of hospitalised with coronavirus keeps dropping, according to the Health Ministry's data released on its website this morning. On Wednesday, 1,615 COVID patients were in hospital, 245 of whom in a serious condition.
