Czechia likely to stop free preventive PCR testing as of March

Preventive PCR tests for COVID probably will stop being covered from the public health insurance system in Czechia as of March, unless a doctor or public health officer asked for it, Deputy Health Minister Josef Pavlovic (Pirates) told CTK today. "If the present epidemiological development continues, it is highly probable that the extraordinary measure of the Health Ministry on the coverage of the preventive tests will end on February 28," Pavlovic said.
