Czechia is for Ukrainian status as EU candidate - minister

The Czech Republic is for Ukraine's fastest possible road towards the status of EU candidate country, but the process should fulfil standard criteria and it is inevitable for the country to meet all conditions for a full-fledged membership, Czech European Affairs Minister Mikulas Bek told CTK today. "The idea of the Czech government is relatively realistic, opening a road to a compromise on the European level," Bek said.
