Czechia heritage sites reducing entrance fees for children, youth

May 19th, 2021

The Czech National Heritage Institute (NPU) is not going to increase historical sites' entrance fees in the upcoming season, but will further reduce the prices of children and youth's tickets, which will replace family tickets, NPU director Nada Goryczkova has told the media. The season at the state-owned castles and chateaus, of which there are about a hundred in Czechia, is to start as of May 31, including guided tours. It is opening with a several-week delay caused by the coronavirus epidemic, in a situation of the epidemic steadily slowing down in Czechia.
