The coronavirus incidence rate in the Czech Republic came to a record high value on Sunday as 1,002 cases per 100,000 population occurred in the past seven days, 248 more than a week ago, which puts the country on the fourth place in the COVID incidence in the world. Besides the Czech Republic, only the following European countries have the incidence rate over 1,000 cases per 100,000 population in the past seven days: Austria, Slovakia and Slovenia.
