Czech, US troops from NATO unit take part in Slovak army exercise

Czech soldiers from the NATO multinational battlegroup in Slovakia joined the two-week military exercise Slovak Shield, in which also U.S. and Hungarian troops participated along with the Slovak army. Slovak Shield is the biggest military exercise held in the country, around 2,000 people took part in it. This year, it focused on the defence of the country and the eastern flank of NATO.
