Czech troops decorated for evacuation from Kabul

Czech troops, primarily members of the military police and task forces, the pilots and the commanders who controlled the evacuation of Czechs and Afghan helpers from Kabul to the Czech Republic in August, were decorated by the Defence Ministry on Friday. Some participants in the rescue mission were also decorated on Wednesday, when Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) gave them the Karel Kramar medals.
