Czech trade unions, state sign new civil service collective agreement
October 4th, 2021
Trade unions signed a new collective agreement on civil service with the Czech Republic on Monday and the new document is meant to help balancing work and family life, thus remote working and favourable conditions for child care will be supported, the Government Office has said on its website. State employees will be newly eligible for five recovery days off and special bonuses on the occasion of life and service anniversaries.
