Czech top court rejects complaint by man who publishes anti-Semitic texts

The Czech Constitutional Court has rejected a complaint lodged by Adam B. Bartos, the leader of the extreme rightist National Democracy (ND) who published anti-Semitic books, articles and commentaries, and his suspended sentence is still valid. Pleading not guilty, Bartos insisted he had the right to free expression.
