Czech top court receives two complaints against emergency state

The Constitutional Court (US) received the first two complaints asking for the state of emergency to be cancelled and lodged by citizens, CTK found out today from the overview of the plenary sessions at the court website. On Thursday, the lower house did not approve the government request for a 30-day extension of the state of emergency. Thus, it expired at Sunday midnight, but another state of emergency followed up as of Monday, declared by the government upon the request of regional governors.
