Czech top court not to debate lifting of 70 years age cap for judges

The Czech Constitutional Court (US) has rejected the proposal to lift the age limit of 70 years that binds judges to leave the judiciary, which a general court previously made over its doubt whether the provision is in harmony with the constitution, the court's database of resolutions shows.
