Czech top court annuls some Covid restrictions on retail

The Czech Constitutional Court (US) has granted the request of 63 senators and cancelled some anti-epidemic restrictions concerning retail stores as they were not justified thoroughly, the US wrote on its website on Monday. For instance, the court contested the selection of shops that were allowed to remain open amid the nationwide closure of shops. The senator proposal reads that this restriction inadequately and irrationally interferes with the fundamental right to conduct business according to Article 26 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms of the Czech Republic.
