Czech Supreme Court to re-examine verdict for Iraqi Daesh fighter

The Supreme Court (NS) will re-examine the valid verdict for an Iraqi who left the Czech Republic to fight for Islamic State, the data from the court base show today. Watik Muhammad Youssef Sammarrai was found guilty of a terrorist attack and participation in a terror group, for which he received a 15-year prison sentence. Just before Christmas, the first-instance Municipal Court in Prague received his appellate review.
