Czech state to introduce test driving licences for new drivers

The Czech state will introduce test driving licences for beginner drivers, Jana Budikova, from the Transport Ministry, told a press conference on Tuesday. "The main reason of the test driving licence is that young and inexperienced drivers often cause road accidents," she said. She said the ministry was inspired by the British model that led to a decrease in the number of accidents.
