Czech state not to restrict mass events over coronavirus

The Czech Republic will not restrict mass events over the coronavirus infection, the National Security Council (BRS) decided on Wednesday, Prime Minister Andrej Babis (ANO) has said, adding that there is no reason for such a measure as the virus is not spreading. However, the organisers will have to report events and gatherings with more than 5,000 participants to the regional sanitary stations to assess the risks, Health Minister Adam Vojtech said.
