Czech SPD head tells Zeman referendum law is condition for talks on govt

A condition for the Freedom and Direct Democracy (SPD) movement to take part in the cabinet-forming talks is the tabling of a bill on referendums, including ones about the Czech Republic's exit from the EU and NATO, SPD leader Tomio Okamura said he told President Milos Zeman on Wednesday.
