Czech Senate passes bill linked to nascent European Prosecutor's Office

The Czech Senate on Wednesday passed a draft amendment to the law on state attorneys' offices that enables the Czech participation in the nascent European Public Prosecutor's Office by defining the position and operation of the Czech representatives in it. To take effect, the government-sponsored bill needs President Milos Zeman's signature.
