Czech senate head: To dissolve Ukrainian parliament is radical

Czech Senate chairman Jaroslav Kubera said that the dissolution of the Ukrainian parliament was "quite a radical step," after attending the inauguration of Volodymyr Zelensky, the new president of Ukraine, on Monday, Kubera's spokeswoman Eva Davidova told CTK.
