Czech scientists at Charles University's Medical Faculty have developed a diagnostic method to detect whether a person is threatened with a severe course of Covid-19, which they presented at a press conference on Thursday. The method is applied as part of the PCR test for Covid. It assesses the risk based on the patient's level of a certain biomarker.
