The Czech Republic's relations with Russia are now on the freezing point, but still it would not be right to entirely cut the communication, Prime Minister Andrej Babis told journalists before the forthcoming EU summit today. Babis said the Czech Republic would consider supporting the proposal of staging an EU summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The proposal, presented by Germany and France, will be on the agenda of today's working dinner of EU prime ministers.
