The Czech Republic wants to strengthen its trade and economic cooperation with Kosovo, seeing opportunities in energetics and infrastructure development, Foreign Minister Tomas Petricek said after meeting his Kosovan counterpart Behxhet Pacolli on Thursday. Petricek said the two countries' relations had been developing dynamically and bilateral trade was up by almost 50 percent last year, reaching 23 million euros. He said that there were still untapped opportunities in the two countries' trade ties. Pacolli supported greater bilateral trade and larger Czech investments in Kosovo, saying the country offered many possibilities for investors.
